Today was our time here. A great local sports bar, with great service and awesome food! The wife had steak Nachos, I think the menu name was RJ's Nachos. I had a smoked half chicken with beans, au gratin potatoes, and a sausage. The smoked half chicken was a special item for the Cowboy vs Bear game today. The nachos were good, the chicken plate was absolutely AWESOME! The place was rather full for the game, and the service was great!!! I strongly recommend this place, we will be back!
If you want a great place to watch the game, hang out with friends & grab some great food come to R&J’s. The owner is a great dude & a big Chicago fan! This is where I watch all my Chicago games.
This place is a hole in the wall gem. Not only their tacos great the Chicago menu is to die for. The weekly specials are such a saving as well. Today Becca and Sara were the people taking care or us and they were timely and friendly, genuinely such a good experience.
I’ve lived in Chicago my whole life until I recently moved to Dallas and this place feels like home. Only place to watch the Bears and the food is great. Vienna hot dogs, beers, and even pizza puffs. Whether you’re a Chicago fan or not, this is the spot.
Sara at R&J’s is out of this world. We had a bigger sized party and she was so attentive to our needs. If I would ever want someone to serve me it would be her. The bartender Becca was also so great at making our drinks in a timely manner and they tasted perfectly. If you like a good dive bar this is the place to go. 10/10

You know the hot beef sandwich is good when the Weinbergers guys come in here to eat it. Good drink specials every day too! Humble and very active owner, highly recommend this spot
This is a great place to eat. The Chicken Monterey is incredibly delicious. Furthermore, Sara, one of the servers, is very friendly, efficient, and hospitable - a great example of what a server should be. If I am ever in the area again, I definitely want to stop by again and try their other food items.
I had the patty melt and jumbo shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. The patty melt melted in my mouth. They fries were seasoned good and crispy, just how I like it. Don't get me started on the shrimp. They were worth a thousand words.
Great Bar, great food and friendly people. Service is excellent. This place is one of the places we visited for the whole weak here in Texas. We will definitely come back again.
